INTERNATIONAL
Flat shipping rate of $20 applies to North America, United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand. Other shipping charges apply to shipping to the rest of the world.
Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was purchased, we are not able to provide an estimate of the cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

SHIPPING UPDATE

We are working hard to dispatch orders during these times however due to unprecedented demand, our courier services are experiencing delays. International orders are subject to customs regulations which are beyond the control of Pacifico Optical's reach and we should not be held responsible for these delays. Thank you for your support and patience during this time.
PRESCRIPTION / BLUE LIGHT GLASSES - Lead times may be extended on all optical/blue-light lens orders due to the current climate as our Laboratory is applying Social Distancing rules and regulations).

 

DELIVERIES

Delivery - AUSTRALIA 

  • Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
  • Dispatch - Non-prescription in stock products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. 
  • Prescription orders - take an estimated 5-7 business days to create and another 2-5 business days (metropolitan) to deliver. 
  • Australian metropolitan areas - We estimate you should receive your Goods within 2-4 business days of placing your order.
  • In non-metropolitan areas - An additional 1-3 business days is required.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIA 

FREE* SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the Goods within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will exchange or refund you the purchase price. 
  • All goods must be returned in a new and unused conditions with all packaging included. Any goods not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription or any other customised eyewear.

INSTRUCTIONS  

  • Fill in the return form with your details and reason for return.
  • Remove the address sticker on the envelope in which you received the goods.
  • Peel the return sticker containing your order ID from the invoice you received with the goods and stick it where the address sticker was on the envelope in which you received the goods.
  • Pack all Goods into their original packaging.
  • Place all the Goods into the envelope upon which you placed the return sticker, including the invoice. 
  • Seal the envelope and return to a post box or post office for dispatch.
  • including our tax invoice and delivery slip;
  • Returns within Australia are free with the reply paid address. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the Goods.

INSTRUCTIONS  

  • To return from outside of Australia, please follow the following steps:
  • Send an email to support@pacificooptical.com requesting a return with your name, order number and reason for return. 
  • We will reply providing a return form and address.
  • Place all Goods into their original packaging and place your return with a tracking service. 
  • International are at the expense of the purchaser.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
