Flat shipping rate of $20 applies to North America, United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand. Other shipping charges apply to shipping to the rest of the world.

Remember, shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was purchased, we are not able to provide an estimate of the cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  1. Delivery
    • Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
    • In Australian metropolitan areas, for Sun lens only, we estimate you should receive your Goods within 2-4 business days of placing your order. In non-metropolitan areas this may be an additional 1-3 business days. If you are outside Australia, you should receive your goods within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
    • For prescription lens orders, we estimate 5-7 business days for the lens to be made and another 2-4 business days for delivery.
    • Goods are sent by E-Parcel (managed by Australia Post) for local deliveries and Fedex for international.  We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order.
  2. Returns
    • If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, just return the Goods within 60 days, and we will refund you the purchase price.
    • To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. If you are returning the Goods from outside Australia, please follow the instructions in Clause 3.
      • Remove the address sticker on the envelope in which you received the goods
      • Peel the return sticker containing your order ID from the invoice you received with the goods and stick it where the address sticker was on the envelope in which you received the goods.
      • Pack all Goods into their original packaging.
      • Place all the Goods into the envelope upon which you placed the return sticker, including the invoice.
      • Seal the envelope and return to a post box or post office for dispatch.
      • So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
        • with all goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
        • including our tax invoice and delivery slip;
      • Returns within Australia are at our expense. You will not be charged by using the reply paid sticker on the delivery slip.
      • Subject to the all Goods being returned undamaged, we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
  1. International Returns
    • To return from outside of Australia, please follow the following steps:
      • Please send an email to, that you would like to return goods, quoting the order ID, and giving details of the reason for return.  We will reply providing a return address. 
      • All returns outside of Australia are at the expense of the purchaser.
    • Subject to the all Goods being returned undamaged, we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
