AUSTRALIA
Try our eyewear in the comfort of your own home with free* returns within Australia!
All of our national orders are sent via Express Service at no charge.
We also offer same day local delivery within and around the Sydney area.
INTERNATIONAL
Flat shipping rate of $20 applies to North America, United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand. Other shipping charges apply to shipping to the rest of the world.
All International order are sent via DHL Express Service.
Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was purchased, we are not able to provide an estimate of the cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DELIVERIES
Delivery - AUSTRALIA
SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY
- Orders received Prior to 12pm will be delivered the same evening between 6 and 9pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
- Dispatch - Non-prescription in stock products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Prescription orders - take an estimated 5-7 business days to create and another 2-5 business days (metropolitan) to deliver.
- Australian metropolitan areas - We estimate you should receive your Goods within 2-4 business days of placing your order.
- In non-metropolitan areas - An additional 1-3 business days is required.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIA
FREE* SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the Goods within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will exchange or refund you the purchase price.
- All goods must be returned in a new and unused conditions with all packaging included. Any goods not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription or any other customised eyewear.
INSTRUCTIONS
- You can request to return your product via our Returns Centre.
- 1. Submit a Return Request via our Returns Centre.

2. Once approved, download and print the returns label via Returns Centre.
3. Pack all Goods into their original packaging.
4. Place all the Goods into the envelope upon which you placed the return sticker, including the invoice.
5. Seal the envelope and return to a post box or post office for dispatch.
including our tax invoice and delivery slip;
6. Drop at a Australia Post post office or place in a Aus Post box.
7. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
8. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and a refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
- If there are any items missing from the returned goods, you will be charged a small fee. Refer below;

INSTRUCTIONS
- You can request to return your product via our Returns Centre.
1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box or sleeve the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
2. Print the shipping label you receive after your return has been approved via our Returns Centre and place it on your package.
3. Drop to your local Australia Post Office or an Australia Post Box
