Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. 

All orders are sent via Express Post. In Australia, you should receive your Goods within 2-5 business days of placing your order, depending on the area. If you are outside Australia, you should receive your goods within 3-10 business days of placing your order, depending on the country.

National orders are sent by Australia Express Post. We will send you a message by email or text to tell you when we have despatched your order. 
We use DHL Express to send international parcels.  

Once your order has been dispatched, it is out of Pacifico's hands. If the package is delivered when you are not home, you are required to contact the carrier and supplying them with your tracking details. Once the order is sent, Pacifico are unable to instruct the carrier on changes to the delivery. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. This is a cost charged by your countries Customs and it is unavoidable. Customers are responsible for this cost and Pacifico are not expected to cover any of these charges.
